Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase. There are no shipping fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes about 8 to 15 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times can vary with your location, customs, carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

International orders

Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. We can't control customs delays.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages returned due to a wrong address may incur a reshipment fee.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipment, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

We ship to these addresses. Delivery may take longer than standard estimates.
