90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a refund within 90 days of the date your order is delivered. You do not need to keep the product for a set number of days before requesting a refund, and a refund will not be denied simply because you changed your mind. This guarantee applies to all orders, including items bought on sale or with a discount code.
How to request a refund
- Email us at info@ora-organics.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Send the item back. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't process a refund for an item we don't receive.
- Once we receive the item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Condition of returns
You're welcome to open and try the product. Please return it reasonably clean and complete (pack, wrap, and bottle). We may reduce a refund only if an item comes back damaged beyond normal trial use or with parts missing.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. [If you can afford to offer free return shipping or prepaid labels, doing so will raise conversion and reduce disputes. Your call.]
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct there.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, request a refund and place a new order.
One refund per household
Our money-back guarantee covers one refund per customer and household.\
